PRE & POST CARE

Stay upright for at least four hours (avoid lying down immediately). 3. Avoid intense exercise, excessive sweating, and saunas for 24 hours. 4. No facials, chemical peels, or laser treatments for at least one week. 5. If mild headaches occur, use Tylenol (avoid ibuprofen or aspirin).
